The High Council of the Krieger Guild is a council of the Warriors and Shield Maidens of the society that are leaders of Clans or Households.
These are all leaders of the group and make all decisions about how the group is run. Every two years, the High Council elects a chancellor from within their ranks. This Chancellor acts as the Warrior in charge for the purposes of communication with other groups, entities etc.
Within the society, the Chancellor acts as the moderator for council meetings, maintaining order and keeping discussions to the point. He or she also doles out awards at society functions. All members of the High council have one vote.
